Doesn’t work even when you pay for the upgrade – GifShare: Post GIFs for Instagram as Videos Review

Downloaded and paid for both the $3.99 & $1.99 versions of this and the app just closes out when I attempt to save my gifs. There isn’t any contact information within the app. Not sure how to resolve this and/or get my money back? Thank you.
