App microphone for fur app doesn’t appear – FurReal Friends Get Up & GoGo My Walkin' Pup Review

Terrible customer service. They are telling me it’s my phone even though all other apps work with microphone. It’s a Apple iPhone 8. Luckily my girl is only 5 otherwise I would return this e pensive junk that won’t grow with her since it doesn’t communicate with phone
