Add won’t let me use app – Piczoo-Photo Edit,Pic Collage Review

You have a new add “Zoo Service” that appears and won’t go away unless you accept the free trial or buy the 29.99$ app. So now I can’t use Piczoo if I don’t pay for other app? BTW your support is also down so I could not find another way to talk to you. So sad to loose this app. I loved it.
