Paid for premium, but features not unlocked – Spanish Translator + © Review

I was loving this app enough to subscribe. But recently I started seeing ads again and I don't have access to premium features. The app tells me I'm subscribed. The "restore previous purchases" link does nothing. Got no response from the developer after multiple emails. Use the free version if you like, but don't subscribe to premium features unless you want to get ripped off!
