Beautiful but misleading – VOEZ Review

The design leads you to believe that it’s going to be fun and calming but calming is not at all what you get. Fun? Sure if you don’t mind the paywalls and all. 90% of the songs are migraine inducing edm type music, which is not deserving of the peaceful vibe the title screen and gui seemingly promise. Too many bass heavy electronic songs and too many paywalls. Poor design and misleading aesthetic choices. Disappointing. The three songs I have genuinely enjoyed after a few months of playing were wonderful, but that’s it.
