Poor customer service – FlyVPN - Secure & Fast Review

I am living in US. I purchased the membership through App Store but they did not get my membership active. I called customer service number, but I was told by My phone company the number I were calling is not exist. I send them email, they didn’t reply me until next morning and told me they did not find my new purchase record and ask me to provide the evidence. It has been 3 days since I made the payment but still no active membership.
