Horrible customer service! Don’t order online with them – Lids Loyal Review

I mad a near $400 online order. I hadn’t received it I called they said it was delivered and signed for I said kool. I ask my mom she ain’t get nothing. I call back ask for the name that signed they pose to get back to me never did. I call again they said fed ex/ups delivered it but it wasn’t signed for they said it was left with a neighbor.(but wasn’t sure which) We ask neighbors they ain’t receive nothing. I call back I get another story now they saying it was left in front of the door. I’m like I never received it. They then say we gonna send it up to corporate and get back to me. I call back they tell me corporate says file a police report. I go to the precinct the sergeant said if you don’t have video proof it was stolen they can’t make a report.( in every state it’s different and that’s New York State law)I call lids back tell them again they say we gon send it up to corporate again. I as usual had to call them back I get we need a letter with the precinct letter head saying it can’t be done. The sgt says they giving you a hard time why they don’t just resend it I’m like idk he said fed ex/ups left it in a building with over 100 apt them or lids should be responsible. He then apologized and said again he sorry he can’t give me a letter either. I called them again they gonna send it up to corporate and of course they ain’t get back to me in the 3 or 5 days I had to call again after 2 failed attempts I get them I get told you have to get a police report I gave them the precinct # sgt name & office # they said they gonna send it up to corporate and get back to me I said no I’ll get back you you in 10 business days instead. And then I get told corporate said they need a police report or letter They gotta give it to you I told them look I gave you the sgt name # and precinct reach out he’ll tell you that. She tell me well corporate said if you can’t get a police report or letter we can’t help you so I’m like what that means I’m out of $400 dollars? She said looks like it yea sorry bout that I’m like is this how you’ll treat a customer who been shopping with you for years who spends $400 dollars? She did apologize for it and said herself it was unfair but it was out of her hand so I got ripped off for $400 they lost a good customer and I promise you lids will never get another dime of my $$$ never seen such unprofessional behavior in all my life.
