Administration after administration continue to bask in the illusion that peace with the Palestinians will solve the worlds problems. Those players continue to perform in the political circus demonstrating either their inability to understand, as we have seen during the first few months of the Obama administration, and failure to recognize that until Hamas is neutralized, peace is unattainable. I recall before Arial Sharon's disengagement of Gaza, a friend of mine called me during a Holiday from a Jewish village in the middle of Gaza. I was mistaken to think he was crazy when he said he felt he was in the safest place in the world. Apparently he was at the time. While Israel had a Jewish presence there, absent where rockets, weapons, smuggling and Hamas was in check. Now after the disengagement catastrophe, Gaza is essentially a illegal terrorist state bent on killing every Jewish Infidel at the extension of Iran who publicly calls for the destruction of Israel. All this while it pursues the means to do so with nuclear weapons. The latest calculated peace summit, thus far led us only to the murderous acts at the hands of two illegal regimes, Gaza and the fraudulent results of Iran's elections. Calculated, as both Netanyahu and Abbas both knew that there would be human sacrifice. In this case and as usual they where Jewish Israeli citizens including a pregnant woman and a father of 7. We are at a junction that where everything that has been tried has failed. The formulas of land for peace, failed. The leaders of the world are correct that there needs to be thinking outside the box to resolve the dispute with a successful peace agreement. The same cycle cannot continue. Even if there was a substantial breakthrough between Israel and the Palestinians, Hamas would continue to build their terrorist arsenal for the murderous destruction of Israel, forgoing the deliverance to their people a peaceful, normal life. Ariel Sharon's disengagement from Gaza in 2005 was a cheering success for Hamas. Israel handed them a turnkey operation. The opportunity take over the agricultural establishments and integrating them in the world economic arena. The opportunity to turn Gaza into the next tech center of the world. The opportunity for call centers, education, development and corporate investment. They took the keys and destroyed all of it and established an illegal terrorist state. Free will to create an army with surprisingly efficient communication and implementation of terrorist attacks. They continue to circumvent the blockade with a vast smuggling network. It is time for thinking out of the box. If you don't succeed at first, try try again. A viable solution is to look at Hamas' success in Sharon's evacuation and try it again. This time a mandatory full evacuation. If Gaza suddenly was empty of all inhabitants having been scattered outside Israel and deported to Iran, Syria or Lebanon coupled with the economic growth in Palestinian Authority's territories, the threat to the Israeli citizens would be greatly diminished if not eradicated. Attacks on Israel would be on the hands of those supporting countries thus having a defined address for retaliation. Gaza would then turn into a closed temporary multi national military training ground in anticipation of a peace agreement. It also would be a viable negotiating tool of a peace deal. Although the Palestinians and no Arab government would ever support a mandatory evacuation of Gaza publicly, quietly they understand and agree that should Hamas and it's inhabitants suddenly disappear, that would set the stage for peace deal, delivering Abbas full control of the Palestinian agenda uninterrupted by terror, murder and retaliation. An establishment of a democratic Palestinian state prior to the neutralization of Hamas will create the opportunity for the election of Hamas to power. At that time they would have the power to cease recognition of prior agreements, forge alliances with Iran, Syria and Lebanon thus placing an enemy in-between Israel and Jordan, two nations at peace.
