Unable to sign in – Easy Stats for Basketball Review

I brought app while back. Got a new phone and uploaded it on to my new phone. For some reason it will not let me sign into my account from my new phone. It's prompting me to repurchase when I already did. I've signed into my iTunes account when it says to do so but for some odd reason it won't recognize it as already being purchased
