CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THIS APP?? – Red Eye Corrector Review

I purchased this app only to fix red eye. It gives 2 choices to fix the red eye- the first choice did absolutely nothing- the second option put a huge black blop on one eye only of one of the people in the photo and the other blop was on their cheek. The app doesn’t allow you to do anything. DO NOT WASTE .99 cents- isn’t there a law against making apps that don’t work?
