Refund needed – Simple Secret Santa Generator Review

I paid for the premium upgrade of this app so we it could send to 5 or more people, and it Has not worked. On the first attempt only 2 people out of 6 people received the secret Santa gift exchange text message after I input their info and confirmed the info and hit send. The second time around we decided to use the add yourself feature. Only one person was able to use the link successfully and add themselves. Due to the amount of difficulties using this and we had to move on and use a competitor app, Elfster. Please refund the money I spent purchasing the premium version of the app. This product did not deliver the service it was promised to deliver.
