The Gold Standard – Mind Wave - Binaural white noise Review

I've tried many of these binaural apps, and this one is absolutely the best. Today, for example, I had a killer headache and an important meeting approaching. I used the headache relief module for about 15 minutes while I worked and it dissolved. I also like the Control Breathing module as it works just like an expensive bio-feedback device. I use the other various other modules for stress relief, meditation, and relaxation. Try it... it's so much better than medication and you will be surprised at just how much it can improve your clarity and attitude.
