Cannot log on to APP – RosterBuster Crew App Review

I am able to log on to the website But I cannot log in to the app Continue to receive format error for login. I am using the same log in credentials for the website. Ideally I would like to get the app working. If the customer service is as bad as the reviews on here make It seem; I’ll be getting refunded.
