Unhappy player – Gem Blast Match 3 Jewel Crush Review

I WAS in love with the game. I’ve reached level 495 and I’ve won 2 tournaments. But because I have won 2 tournaments my gems are now reading a negative number. So, apparently the game can only count up to a specific amount of gems. It doesn’t allow me to use the gems it forces me to pay for gems. Can someone please fix this?
