Possible game breaking bug – Infinite Pool Review

I need to complete 44 missions for my next floor 3 upgrade but my 33rd mission is to sink Ghost Balls which I believe are in the dungeon that I cannot unlock yet because it needs floor 4 and there is no way to skip this mission. Which means I cannot complete floor 3 to unlock floor 4 to then unlock the dungeon so I can then sink ghost balls to complete the mission.
