It is a incredible game but some glitch happened – Combo Quest 2 Review

This game is really fun and cool. But one thing happened that really made me unhappy. I just got my first rare hero chest and I lagged out the game, and when I got back in I had no rare hero. I also lost all the gems I used on that chest. I played the game a while to get that chest. Can you please fix this?
