A definite yes! – Relax with A. Johnson Review

I've tried other apps for relaxation and sleep and the voices weren't nearly as calming and soothing as his. I eventually bought the weight loss one and skeptical as I was my thoughts about food are changing! Definitely worth the money .... And the plus is this one is free!!
