Won’t let me make an account this has become useless to me – Tickle App: Learn to Code Review

This app I used a lot on my last phone but now I got a new phone every time I open the app it tells me to register and then says I can’t register! This happens with Facebook in app or on popup and google. Is access not public?! How do I make it work again
