I love this app but deeply disappointed in developers – Cyclemeter Bike Computer Review

Intuitive in highly customizable. Battery life no longer a constraint on modern devices so it makes sense to use an app over a Garmin/Wahoo. And as far as apps go, Cyclemeter is the cream of the crop. That said, GPS precision in GPX/FIT export is severely lacking. Here’s a comparison between Garmin and Cyclemeter exports: Garmin: <trkpt lat="33.24761898256838321685791015625" lon="-96.73579688183963298797607421875"> Cyclemeter: <trkpt lat="33.2476481xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" lon="-96.7354613xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"> Notice Garmin uses 29 significant digits to Cyclemeter’s 7. The result? Drastic inaccuracy when uploading to Strava. For example, just today I did a ride with a moving time of 2:13:01 @ 21.7mph 262NP. Strava logs it as 2:18:33 @ 20.8mph 244NP...over 5min of stopped time counted as moving resulting in almost 1mph slower avg speed! A Garmin-generated file does not have this issue. I pointed this out to Abvio support and they were somewhat dismissive: “All I can do is send your request over to Engineering. This is not something included in our near term plans and I honestly don't think this will take precedence over other projects for future releases. ” Their response really bummed me out.
