Can’t play – Westbound: Pioneer Adventures Review

I have been playing the game for a week or so now and am unable to travel to other players. I keep getting the Carson server thing and asked to retry. There is a quest I cannot complete and also a building I cannot build due to this. I reported it and heard nothing. Now for the last two days I am unable to buy anything. I just get the loading symbol.
