Where has my purchased mini game gone? – Touch Of Fun Review

I purchased Cooking Madness mini game via the game, it was opened to play immediately, but after few rounds of play, the mini game was back to un-purchased status and unable to access any more, WTF! I have to buy it again??? And the website is quite lack of contact information, come on, you guys, I want a refund if you can't fix the problem!
