Doesn’t always work – Kirkland's Spin to Win Review

I’ve had this app for over a year. Every time I go to my local store it never works in the store. I open my app to go spend the wheel for my coupon. I enter my information and it doesn’t give me the coupon to use in the store. I would love if this app was upgraded Or please get a text service send coupons like other stores.
