Last update wiped everything out – Dosecast: My Pill Reminder App Review

Update: After a year, received a nonsense reply from the Developer about device ids changing - but they didn’t address the inability to retrieve backups. I’ve moved to a different app - hopefully one that will not lose 5 years of medication history. Original: So I had been using this app for years with little issue. But the last update wiped out all my data. Over five years of logs concerning all my medication are gone. Support, aside from an initial email saying they were investigating, has been completely silent.
