Good app - difficult customer service – Sound Sleeper White Noise Baby Review

I really enjoy this app and like the variety of noises available. I use it when traveling to block out airplane noise or noisy hotels. My only problem is that the “restore purchase” feature doesn’t work, and customer service won’t return my emails. I paid for it once, but I am frustrated at the prospect of having to re-purchase something I already bought, just because of a developer error.
