Problems with restore purchases – English Grammar in Use: Sample Review

I installed “English grammar in use: Sample” on my iPad, and clicked “Restore purchases” (before I bought all lessons on iPhone). After downloading lessons it writes “App content has just been updated”. But when I click on a lesson it says “Unit is still downloading, please wait....” and it never stops. I have the latest app & iOS versions on both devices. Rebooting device / reinstalling app don’t help
