Worthless-Don’t buy it! – Piclay Photo Blend Overlay Review

This app is worthless. First of all, don’t say it is free then it isn’t! I paid $8.99 and it still will not do what I need it to do. I cannot edit the photo at all. A fool and his money are soon parted. Lesson learned.
