Bad customer support – FX Movie Effects Video Editor Review

I needed a specific video effect and hoped this would have it. I signed on for the free trial that advertised easy cancellation. That is not true. I am 2 emails in with the app creators and have sent an email to Apple as well. $20 for something I haven’t used is ridiculous. I emailed asking to cancel before the trial was up, and received nothing. Then was charged and sent another email. Sure the effects are cool and I may have rated it well, if I wasn’t ignored. If you plan on trying out the trial, expect to pay with no response to cancellation.
