Password reset not working – eGifter – Discounted Gift Card Review

I have an e-gift card that co workers bought for me. I set up an account, and was planning to use the card but the app will not accept my username and password in order to access the electronic card. I’ve tried resetting and I get a notification within the app that an email has been sent to reset. HOWEVER, I have yet to receive an email. I tried a few more times and still no email. I can’t find any other way to reset. So tonight I tried to use the printed card with the code, and the retailer couldn’t accept. There is $430 on this card that I cannot access. Someone needs to get in touch with me on this.
