Great app but owners need to respond – iSafeVault - Secure Private Folder.s Manage.r Review

I like the app a lot. The quality of my photos and videos didn’t changed. I was using the app for about 3 years, and then u forgot my password and I tried reaching out to the owners and I still haven’t gotten back a response. Would love to continue using the app if I can get into it.
