App freezes then closes – Speed Dial - Smart T9 Dialer Review

App won’t restore my numbers, so I put them in manually but the app freezes and then closes. I try to open it but it keeps closing. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it a few times but it keeps repeating the problem. Any suggestions?
