No Support – RosterBuster Crew App Review

The app downloaded my schedule just fine when I first subscribed but stopped working after a few months. I contacted support and after a few emails back and forth, they escalated the ticket. It’s been over two months without a fix or communication from support. I’ve tried asking about the issue and don’t receive a response.
