Can’t access videos from camera roll. – Video Color Editor - Change Video Color, Add Video Filters and Vintage Effects Review

I was unable to use the app since it did not access videos from camera roll. If you want to edit existing videos this is not the app for you. If you are creating new videos and create them with the app, it may work.
