Problem.... – Moshi Monsters Egg Hunt Review

I love the app overall, but when I go to my dome, I have a egg that’s ready to hatch and whenever I try tapping and it cracks, the light and the moshling disappear and I just see the podium that it was standing on. I’ve tried so many times and it won’t work!
