It’s not letting me play – Moshi Monsters Egg Hunt Review

Ok I don’t know if this is just a part of the game but when you get to the second egg hatching in the tutorial when you tap and hatch it, it freezes up! I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s still not working! Can someone help pls???
