Great on iPhone, doesn’t work on iPad – Weave Mobile - Communicate with patients Review

Weave works great in my office, on Mac and PC, and on my iPhone X. It claims to work on an iPad, but hangs at a grey Weave logo when I launch it, even after updating to the latest version. I use my iPad all day for EHR, so I’d love to have it work... please fix this!
