In-App purchases don’t work – English Grammar in Use: Sample Review

I bought all the lessons, but it shows me that it’s in process of downloading, already for 3 days, I send a message to the email they provide, it doesn’t work, I also message them through the web site, no body respond me. I am really upset about, because the app seems to be good.
