Good game, worst customer service ever! – Empire War: Age of Hero Review

Emailed customer service 3 times about failure of battle warnings. I received the same cookie cutter message all 3 times, they ask you to force stop, clear data, uninstall then reinstall the app. Then they tell you it’s your network and not an app problem. This is a very poorly run service/app, don’t take my word for it just click on the get assistance button right on this screen and it goes to page cannot be displayed.
