Paid 9.99 for upgrade...no music and adds continued popping!!!!!! – Max Vol x2 - Volume Booster Review

I downloaded n got charged 9.99 for the no adds an still can’t get the music thru! Can the person in charge tell me why? The 9.99 was paid for no adds and they also continued popping!!!!!!
