App broken and contact info for developers doesn’t work – Where's my MBTA Bus? Review

I have relied on this app since 2010 and it’s the best of the options out there, but predictions stopped working entirely a couple days ago. I tried using the contact information in the app to report a problem but the mailbox was full. Really frustrating.
