Help with Sounds & Music – Candy Jewel World Match 3 Review

I always play the game with both sound & music turned off. Now the sound & music are playing even though I have them turned off. I have this game on my iPad Air & my iPad Pro & the problem still exists on each one even after deleting & reinstalling the app multiple times. Please Help.
