App is buggy and points are awarded sporadically – Toluna Review

I have been using this app for about a year and at least several times a day I have to turn the VPN off and on to get it working again. It never tells me it’s not working but I can’t connect. Also it seems every time a new iOS update is available it breaks and I have to uninstall and reinstall to fix it. Points say you’ll receive them after 48 hours but it’s actually months. Their support is horrendous and rather then provide actual help they accuse you of trying to get something for free. When it works it’s great but unfortunately that’s maybe 20-30% of the time.
