Help me! – Rusty Lake Paradise Review

I LOVE these games. I have bought and played all of them. But I’m stuck. On the last level, death of the first born, with the bones hanging and the drum. I don’t get it. I don’t know how this puzzle works. It seems point less. I have watched the walk through but still cannot get it! Can someone PLEASE tell me how to understand this last puzzle!!
