"simply wrong" – Grammar App by Tap To Learn Review

This app is based upon an ingenious premise, however, it is so simplistic that only a foreigner or young child could possibly benefit from using it. Moreover, several of the answers to the test questions are incorrect! For example: (a, some, an)____ bread. Anyone from America knows that the only correct answer is "some bread"; yet according to the app, the "correct" answer is "a bread"! Really? Perhaps, "a loaf of bread" or "a slice of bread" but certainly not "a bread" (unless, of course, you are speaking pidgin English). I wish that I could say that the foregoing is just an isolated mistake; unfortunately, it is not. This app is replete with grammatical errors, which wouldn't be such a big deal if not for the fact that it is designed to teach grammar!
