Fair Warning – Workout Trainer: fitness coach Review

To those of you who have come to the one star reviews to see if this app is worth downloading. Please be carefully with this app. You can download it, you can even use it. It is fairly average if you use it for free in fact. But do not, I repeat, DO NOT upgrade to the pro option. It will be a mistake you will find yourself fixing fir almost a month like i did. The app advertises a $7 a month subscription service, but it WILL charge you that amount twice a month, most people don't even notice the charges on their iTunes bill. Its pretty slick actually, but thats not even the worst of it. And i am not alone in this mind you. Before “going pro” (for those of you who have the app downloaded) go the support page and search “how to cancel subscription” you will find dozens or even hundreds of people asking where you cancel it at. But thats the thing. There is no way to cancel it. No button, no slider, not on their website, and you will never, NEVER, receive an answer if you choose to email them. Even after quite literally hundreds of emails i spammed at them... not one answer. But you better believe that the charges kept coming. I ended up paying almost 2 months of charges while i never even used the app before i got it to stop. And it WASN’T EVEN THROUGH THEM! I had to call my credit card company and tell them to mark them as FRAUDULENT CHARGES! And for 2 MORE months, they kept charging me, but were curiously declined by my credit card not. Eventually, i got the “you’re PR0+ membership is about to expire! Do you wish to renew you’re subscription?” Message. Pressed the no button without hesitation. Now I'm here writing this. Once again, to anyone who does not want one massive headache from being scammed out of your money, go somewhere else. Anywhere else from these crooks.
