How do you connect this to Windows?? – WeBe Bluetooth Mouse/Keyboard Review

Well it looks like you should be able to use this with your windows device but it's impossible to connect to your device no instructions no link to the "server" that needs downloaded. App is fake!!! I WANT A REFUND
