Could not watch video to earn acorn – Smurfs and the Magical Meadow Review

This game is really fun but when I try to watch video to earn acorn, it always shows me a message said that I had watched the video. Is it a bug for Apple IOS only? Because my brother’s android tablet doesn’t have this problem. Please help...
