Fix pack glitch (or someone help me figure out how to open packs. – FC 24 FUTWIZ Review

Great app, but I'm a little unsure on how to open packs. If it's a glitch, then fix it plz. If not, then SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!! Update: was able to open packs for rest of 2018, but can open packs for 2019. Plz fix this.
