Didn’t delete emails as promised – Cleanfox - Mail & Spam Cleaner Review

Was able to log in to iCloud and my gmail... Saw the groups of emails I wanted deleted. ...it showed them as being deleted, but it’s still all in my inbox? Concerned that I gave them access to my email and passwords... hoping that this isn’t a scam.
