Update needed – Birthday Sweet - Birthday calendar & reminder for Facebook Review

The app needs to be updated since iOS 11 in order to work and be compatible with the new iOS. Now iOS 12 has been released and the app still hasn’t updated. I have looked into ways of contacting the developer but found nothing.
