There is no app support – Bebop PRO Review

I bought this drone as a birthday present to myself on September 30, 2018. In the 5 days that I owned it I made over 30 flights using the FreeFlight app. Each flight was smooth and in the rare occurrence that the app disconnected from my bebop 2 the drone returned to home with no problems. Today I purchased this app bundle. Upon launching and connecting for the first time it disconnected 3 times while the drone was on the ground. Once it stayed connected I flew for approximately 20 minutes with no problems. I charged the battery and attempted another flight. This time in mid flight the app disconnected within 50 ft of my location and my new drone crashed and broke its frame. I didn’t plan to write this review until I attempted to contact the app support. Unfortunately the link to app support goes nowhere. There is no app support. I would have requested a refund on 12.99 I used for this app but I could not find any way to request a refund. I would seriously recommend that you do not purchase this app. To be honest I feel like I was robbed by this developer. Not only did you sell me a product that failed on the 2nd flight you also have no way to contact in these situations.
